The Yacht Smart program presents an opportunity to bareboat charter the use of a motor yacht for specified times and uses pursuant to the terms of a written contract to be executed with Yacht Smart.  Charterers who contract with Yacht Smart to participate in this program do not acquire any legal title or equitable interest in any of Yacht Smart's motor yachts or in Yacht Smart, but are strictly bareboat charterers.  Nothing contained in this website or in any other promotional materials distributed or made available by Yacht Smart is intended to constitute or constitutes an offer of any such title or interest.  The terms  "membership", "member" and "timeshare" are used in this website strictly for promotional purposes and are not intended to suggest that the participants in this program obtain any rights or interest in any of Yacht Smart's motor yachts or in Yacht Smart.
